Rose Elinor Dougall (born 13 March 1986) is an English singer, songwriter and musician best known for being a member of The Pipettes and for performing with Mark Ronson.
She currently also performs and records as a solo artist.
The Pipettes seem to be quite a springboard for other acts, remember The Indelicates?
Anyhow I just recently caught up with Rose Elinor again, and was truly impressed with her recent EP, The Distractions.

Come Away With MeRose Elinor Dougall met up with us, during SXSW, outside the Austin state Capitol building to sing Come Away With Me. We were going to do it in front of the actual building, but didn't for fear of legal repercussions.
