Anchorage Alaska

This is Anchorage Alaska the band, not that chilly spot up north.  Although they do hail from a chilly spot up north, but it is Scotland where they all have warm hearts so it's no problem.
Anchorage Alaska is a rock band, with elements of blues, jazz, classical, progressive rock, ambient, celtic, tribal beats, world fusion and more! They have an unusual and idiosyncratic sound.
According to them:
We are a weird, dark, quirky, satirical, soulful and expressive rock band from Scotland. mixed with some eclectic, celtic instruments, with blues, jazz and world fusion influences.

A great mix of rock and gaelic/celtic sounds. I really love the sound of the Uilleann pipes.

Anchorage Alaska are: Kirsty McDuff, Paul Taylor, Calum Cameron, Graham Fielden, and Danny McCafferty. But they sound bigger. How do they do that?
